Naresh is a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, working on the Nextrode project with a focus on developing dry electrode manufacturing processes. He has a strong background in both industry (Faradion) and academia (University of Sheffield), with expertise in sodium- and lithium-ion battery cathode materials synthesis, characterization, scale-up, electrode fabrication, cell testing, and post-mortem analysis to understand performance and degradation mechanisms.
